Join us for the Big Red Roll + Stroll, a FREE physical community event supporting people living with neuromuscular conditions!
Celebrate and connect with our neuromuscular community for the 2023 Big Red Roll + Stroll.
Wear RED, WHITE or BLUE to celebrate your neuromuscular community and challenge yourself to walk, run, roll or stroll the 3km loop at Parramatta Park and enjoy all the fun of the Event Village afterwards.
So, gather your family and friends, and together we can raise vital funds and help shine a spotlight on these rare conditions.
You'll be making a real difference for the 13,000 people across NSW who live with them.
On Sunday, 19 March 2023 join us at Parramatta Park or participate virtually on a course of your choice if you can't make it in person.
How far can you WALK, RUN, ROLL or STROLL?

About Big Red Roll + Stroll
The Big Red Roll + Stroll is an inclusive event for our whole community, aimed at providing people living with a neuromuscular condition the chance to celebrate who they are with their family and friends. After a tough last few years for all, the physical Big Red Roll + Stroll is going ahead this year. So, Sunday, 19th March is an opportunity for us to rally together and support one another and celebrate our neuromuscular community!
It’s also a chance to shine a spotlight on these rare conditions and raise awareness about them and the lives of those living or impacted with them. Like our community ambassador, Margaret Dalrymple, who is doing the walk with her friends and family in memoriam of his wonderful son Peter Dalrymple.
"My Name is Margaret Dalrymple. I am the mother of Peter Dalrymple. This walk is in memory of him. Peter’s desire was to bring awareness and understanding of Muscular Dystrophy and we supported his wishes", says Margaret.
Margarets' family and friends, participate in the event alongside their TEAM PIG every year to bring awareness and vital funds to support people living and affected by neuromuscular conditions.

Every dollar you raise on Tuesday (14th March) and Wednesday (15th March) will be matched it up to $30,000, doubling the impact you'll have for people living with neuromuscular conditions.

How it works
1. Join the Challenge
Sign up as solo or create a team, set your fundraising goal and walk, run, roll & stroll the 3km loop at Parramatta Park or go virtually from anywhere if you can't make it in person.
2. Spread the Word
Ask your friends & family to sponsor you and smash your fundraising goal with your own online page, hints and tips. Every dollar you raise helps shine a spotlight on these rare conditions.
3. Walk, Run, Roll or Stroll
Wear RED, WHITE or BLUE to celebrate and connect with your neuromuscular community on Sunday, 19 March 2023 for the Big Red Roll and Stroll event.
All the funds raised during Big Red Roll and Stroll will help us to re-invigorate our face-to-face and online services including camps, retreats, independent living skills programs and peer connect meet ups to support kids and adults living with neuromuscular conditions. We need your help, through donations, fundraising and awareness, to make these critical services available to everyone!

Dedicate your BIG RED ROLL + STROLL to people who matter to you!
Grab your flag and merch here,
- RED: to honour your own neuromuscular journey,
- BLUE: to support a friend or loved one with neuromuscular condition,
- WHITE: to walk in memoriam,
- or to support a great cause and people with MD.
