Kids Neuroscience Centre
We are a team of scientists, doctors and allied health professionals who study and treat brain, muscle and nerve disorders that affect children and their families.
Alongside world-leading laboratory research into the genetic and biological mechanisms of disease, the Centre operates a research-based diagnostic service, helping to provide children and families with accurate diagnoses and disease-specific treatment, and a clinical trials unit that allows children to participate in international clinical research and access the latest treatment options.
We've recently partnered with Muscular Dystrophy NSW to directly connect the MD community with our team of clinician-researchers and scientists who study and treat neuromuscular conditions that affect children and their families.

Physical Disability Council of NSW
The Physical Disability Council is the peak body for all people living with physical disability in NSW. We undertake systemic advocacy to ensure that NSW society becomes accessible and fully inclusive for people with any disability. We offer free membership to people living with physical disability, educational workshops, individual mentoring and partner with MDNSW to deliver peer support for people living with Muscular Dystrophy.

Australian Neuromuscular Disease Registry (ANMDR) is an Australia-wide registry of people diagnosed with a neuromuscular disease.
We collect important medical information from adult and child patients across the country to improve the understanding of neuromuscular disease and accelerate the development of new therapies.
