Virtual Event Day
We can't wait for you to join us for a great day of community re-connection and fun with our 3km (social), 5km (serious) or 10km (hardcore!) run, roll or stroll on a route of your choice followed by a virtual celebration.
The challenge with kick off at 10am on Sunday, 20th March. We encourage everyone to try and start at this time so we can virtually unite and celebrate together (don’t forget to post on your socials!)
After your 3km, 5km or 10km run, roll or stroll join us online at 12pm for a virtual celebration ceremony. Why not make a day of it and host a BBQ lunch, afternoon tea or go for drinks!

You can run, roll, or stroll around your local area, whether it be a park, street or beach! Or go for a new location we’ve carefully selected for you!

What to wear
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for a day outside and remember to be sunsafe!
Wear red, blue or white depending on how you’re dedicating your challenge for people living with neuromuscular conditions. We encourage fancy dress and cheer props for those cheering from the sidelines.

Covid-19 Information
The safety of our neuromuscular condition’s community is always our highest priority and due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, we decided to not host a physical Big Red Roll + Stroll this year. By going virtual, we are limited the number of people gathering to participate and allowing you to choose your own safe, outdoor location. We ask all BRRS participants celebrating the day with their friends and family to comply with the up-to-date state Covid-19 regulations.
