Big Red Roll + Stroll

3km 5figs around home this morning

Anne and I strolled the local streets in light rain.
A fully accessible roll, although one station lift was out of order.
The fig at the Community Centre was planted in 1892.
Some of the 20 cafes are accessible.
More donors, please for this worthy cause!

I am Fundraising for Big Red Roll + Stroll

I am participating in the Big Red Roll + Stroll to help raise vital funds and awareness to empower and support people living with Muscular Dystrophy.

Muscular Dystrophy is a neuromuscular, genetic disorder which results in the progressive deterioration of muscle strength and function. Muscular Dystrophy is the name of one of many different neuromuscular conditions.

Neuromuscular conditions affect approximately 1 in 1000 people. By that calculation, there are approximately 24,600 Australians living with a neuromuscular condition.

Please help me smash my fundraising goal by donating today, and together we can support people living with Muscular Dystrophy to live the life they choose!

Thank you to my Sponsors
