I'm fundraising for the Big Red Roll + Stroll for Muscular Dystrophy NSW to help raise vital funds and awareness to empower, connect and support children living with a neuromuscular condition.
This year, your donations will go towards giving children living with a neuromuscular condition the opportunity to go to MDNSW's Summer Camp.
At Summer Camp, days unfold in ways kids never forget. They race through powerchair football, take on laser tag and get gloriously messy in water battles. They share inside jokes and discover independence they didn’t know they had.
Parents tell us their child returns changed. More confident, more independent, more connected.
That’s why the Big Red Roll + Stroll matters. Every Roll. Every Stroll. Every Donation. All help create the week kids look forward to all year.
Children with a neuromuscular condition often miss out on experiences, friendships and moments that spark childhood joy.
Summer Camp is where they can laugh, play, make friends and gain confidence.
Muscular Dystrophy is a neuromuscular, genetic disorder which results in the progressive deterioration of muscle strength and function.
There are approximately 40,000 Australians living with a neuromuscular condition and 13,000 people in NSW.
